yes, the ones made in the past were better, these now you have to watch that the copper strapping does not come off on the patient, when using.

Convenient but use with extreme caution. The metal wrapping becomes brittle and will break off. I still use them, but discontinue far before 300 lights.
Advantages: Quick and easy to use. About equivalent to using cotton balls regarding safety.
