This customer purchased the item at our site.
I received a bag that contained mainly twigs and less of the plant product itself. Among the twigs I found a few strains of hair that was intertwined, which was absolutely disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend.

This information along with your order details (date of purchase and lot#) has been reported to Mountain Rose. We have never heard of anything like this happening with their products before and very sorry you had a negative experience with their packed herb.
