My favorite!

Advantages: These granules smell and taste like shan zha. Min Tong is my absolute favorite brand of shan zha granules and my patients prefer the flavor over raw herbs when used as a single. It is easy to add into other foods sauces (e.g.- sprinkle some in your cranberry salad or sauce at Thanksgiving time...).
