Triphala (the three fruits) is an Ayurvedic, preparation made from three ingredients. All of the ingredients are fruits, and they're all native to India. Each fruit is thought to positively impact the body.*

It is used as a gentle bowel tonic, that is helpful in digestion and supporting regular bowel movements.*
