This customer purchased the item at our site.
I tried this 2 nights. The first night I used the Manufacturer recommended dose. The second nights I halved it. Both nights I had unusual, strange, disturbing dreams.
I stopped using it.
Disadvantages: gave me strange, disturbing dreams
