I absolutely love this product!!! Wow!!! Two months ago I started with strong, abrupt, menopausal symptoms after covid. My regular and easy periods got totally disrupted. I was having several times a day hot flashes and staying asleep at night was impossible because of the hot flashes and sweating that would last anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. Now I keep this little bottle with me all the time. As soon as I started with a hot flash I spray 5 pumps directly by mouth and use 3 sprays on my face and literally in a matter of 30 seconds to a minute it subsides. I hope it continues to work like that. Got 3 more bottles and will try other formulas.
