Returns

All returned merchandise must be preapproved and in unused, salable condition (i.e unmarked, original, undamaged and unopened packaging). Returns are accepted within 30 days for refund minus shipping fees and discounts.  All returns will be shipped at the buyers expense.

Return policy for Media:

Books, CDs & DVDs may be returned within 15 days with a receipt. These items must be unopened in the original packaging. Defective items may be exchanged for the same title.  All returns will be subject to a restocking fee and shipped at the buyers expense.

Body Support System products returns will be subject to a restocking fee and shipped at the buyers expense.

OakWorks Tables and Chairs are made to order and are not returnable.
