When manifesting physically dampness makes thinking cloudy and memory foggy and digestion sluggish. When manifesting emotionally it might seem like we are always viewing our lives through the lens of the past. In Chinese medicine we say the past is the dampness we carry in our body. As we clear the dampness in our senses (vision, hearing, smelling) with these oils, we clear the past and very literally change the perception of our present. Holy basil is one of the most sacred herbs of the East, bringing to this blend a connection with our spirit.
