Each press of the pump provides USP Progesterone derived and converted from wild yam plus phytoestrogens – compounds naturally found in some plants that may mimic the effect of estrogen in the body. Apply once or twice daily by dispensing 1/4 teaspoon into your palm and rubbing cream onto the skin of your chest, abdomen, inner arms or thighs, rotating area each time.
