I wonder how these tablets are to swallow and digest? 700 mg sounds like a lot to handle. Any experience with this? Thanks

The 700mg tablets are large tablets. It would depend on the individual and their tolerance for tablets. Many do not have any difficulty swallowing these pills. If needed the pills could be broken or crushed.
