Hi, is this a soak that you put in a tub of water, or do you rub into your feet? Not clear on the description. Thank you.

Thank you for asking. The Jadience company says to add 1-2 oz to a small tub of warm water and soak feet for 15 -30 minutes. They recommend trying their stress-relieving detox patches and detox spray for best results.
