Lean head to the side so that the ear is facing upward. Place 3-6 drops of Compound Mullein Oil into the ear just before bedtime. Do not insert the dropper directly into the ear. Gently insert a cotton ball into the ear to prevent leakage. Remove cotton in the morning. Repeat for 2-4 weeks as needed. |

Children with chronic otitis media have lower serum levels of zinc, vitmin C and antioxidants. All should be added as supplements. Exposure to second hand smoke is a contributing factor to recurring ear issues and even more importantly, consumption of dairy is a major causative factor for many children. Eliminating dairy from the diet (milk, cheese, yogurt) can bring about major improvements in some children.
