This will leave you with that “ skinny feeling” . Seriously cleans you out like a colonoscopy prep but without the nasty taste . It says mix with water but you can mix with anything and then drink water after. Make sure you are close to a bathroom , do not make any plans after taking it .Trust me . Pick a rainy day .. lol . No cramps . Everyone’s dose is different. Some need a half teaspoon some one whole teaspoon some a tad more . One time I took only 1/2 and nothing happened . Then I took a BIG teaspoon overloaded and that worked for me . 2 hours to work and then another 4 hours of on and off going . No pain just kept feeling lighter and lighter . This is great to get you detoxed !
