This premium organic Jasmine has a bright emerald green liquor with exceptional jasmine flower notes.

The jasmine flavor in this tea is only possible by picking jasmine flowers at midnight during May. The jasmine blooms after sunset and the blossoms only exist for 12 hours. At midnight the fragrance peaks and at this time the blossoms must be picked and layered into the tea.

This tea is loose, and not rolled into pearls. This is an uncommon presentation in the West. This exceptional organic tea is a memorable Jasmine.
