Bo He Nao (Menthol): Relieves pain, cooling, opens pores, and allows other herbs to permeate the skin. Hu Zhang (Knotweed rhizome): Relieves pain and promotes circulation, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiplatelet (unblocks circulation where anticoagulants are ineffective.) Yan Hu Suo (Corydalis): Relieves pain, including nerve pain, and has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-fungal properties. Calms redness, irritation, and itching associated with skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis. How To Use + Tips & Tricks: For minor aches and pains: moisten a cotton ball, gauze, or a reusable cloth with Zheng Gu Shui, and apply liberally to affected area. For deeper and more stubborn pain or injury: use the liniment during or following a massage by applying it with your hands, or apply it as a compress and wrap with gauze (let it breathe!) for up to three hours. Apply 2-3 times a day, or as needed to resolve your pain and to encourage healing. For a soothing and aromatic experience, add a splash to a foot soak or a hot bath.
