Description

Cut, Tear, and Curl (CTC) organic assam from the Chota Tingrai Tea Estate in the Tinsukia district of Assam.

This is a strong black tea which holds its own when combined with milk, or spices. This is the gold standard for making chai, and is the tea we use in many of our chais. Bold, with a sweet note amongst the tannins.
