Description This is an effective four-herb combination that addresses a broad spectrum of pain presentations due to stagnation of Qi and Blood, using Corydalis Yan Hu Suo and its foundation. Paeonia Chi Shao and Aucklandia Mu Xiang invigorate Qi and Blood while Sparganium San Leng breaks Blood stasis associated with bruising and old wounds. It is applicable in pain due to trauma, menstrual cramps, epigastric pain and headache. Also effective for tooth impaction and swelling, and insomnia due to pain.
