Description	This formula is useful for chronic gallbladder inflammation causing accumulation of phlegm. There is often a bitter taste in the mouth with a yellow tongue coating. It is useful in gallbladder congestion prior to the formation of gallstones with weight gain, tension in the neck and shoulders, headache, and irritability. Sun Simiao\\'s original formula was more warming, and hence the name. The final formulation by Wu Qian is not particularly warming. (Fratkin, Chinese Herbal Patent Medicines)
