Dosage	2-3 capsules 2-4 times daily between meals. For acute pain, use the higher dosage and frequency within the first 24-48 hours, then, reduce the dosage and frequency as the pain subsides.
Contraindications	If taken during menstruation, may increase the blood flow. Do not take during pregnancy or nursing. At higher doses, do not take this formula longer than 2 weeks at a time. Stop for 1 week before resuming another 2 week course.
