Description | Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan is a famous classical formula for disturbed Shen. Of all the formulas for treating insomnia, it may be the one that is most used clinically. (There are at least eight manufactured products available.) In all of the versions, Rehmannia Sheng Di Huang makes up at least 28% of the formula, which nourishes Blood and Yin while cooling Blood Heat.
