i love this sleep aid! when i began to go through menopause I have insomnia from time to time. I have tried many herbal products and some traditional. Sleep is by far the absolute best! When needed i now sleep like a baby!

Advantages: deep, restful sleep

Disadvantages: none really. if you call it a disadvantage you have to play around until you find whats good for you when. A small price to pay for restorative sleep.
