Vaginal lubricants with Aloe and Vitamin E or Comfry/Calendula Ointment may be helpful. In severe cases progesterone creams, sold as Wild Yam cream (be sure it does contain progesterone on the ingredients list), are very useful. Exercises for the pubococcygeal muscle that increase circulation such as pelvic floor exercises are also important. Chaste Tree berry or Women's Transition Compound may also be of benefit.
