Description	This effective formula is similar to Run Chang Wan, but is better suited for constipation marked by stagnation, heat and dryness. The original formula called for dried stir-fried cannabis seeds (Huo Ma Ren). Here, flax seed (Hu Ma Ren) is substituted.
